Order Cancellation

• Once the item has been processed, shipped, or if customization work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for Cancellations

• If your cancellation request is approved within the allowable time, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within [7–10 business days].

Customized or Special Orders

• Orders for customized, engraved, or specially crafted items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
