 Definitions

• “Platform” refers to the AmaxDiamonds website and services.
• “Seller” means a registered business or individual listing products on the platform.
• “Buyer” refers to any user purchasing products or services.
• “User” includes both Sellers and Buyers.

 Use of the Platform

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• All information provided must be accurate and up to date.
• AmaxDiamonds reserves the right to suspend accounts for policy violations.

Account Registration

• Sellers and Buyers must register accounts.
• Sellers must provide valid business credentials and comply with applicable trade laws.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

 Listings & Product Descriptions

• Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of their listings.
• All diamond listings must include certification details (e.g., GIA, IGI, etc.).
• Misrepresentation of products may lead to penalties, suspension, or legal action.

Orders & Transactions

• All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
• AmaxDiamonds does not guarantee or take responsibility for product quality; transactions are between Buyer and Seller.
• Returns and disputes are subject to the Seller’s individual return policy, which must be clearly disclosed in listings.

 Fees & Commissions

• AmaxDiamonds may charge commission fees on completed transactions.
• Fee structures will be disclosed upon Seller onboarding and are subject to change with notice.

 Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and branding on the site belong to AmaxDiamonds or respective licensors.
• Users may not use any content without prior written consent.

 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• List or sell conflict diamonds or counterfeit goods.
• Use the platform for illegal activities.
• Attempt to interfere with the platform’s functionality.

 Limitation of Liability

AmaxDiamonds provides the platform “as-is” and makes no warranties regarding product accuracy, delivery, or quality. We are not liable for damages arising from user actions, third-party vendors, or technical errors.

 Dispute Resolution

• Disputes between Buyers and Sellers must be resolved between the parties.
• AmaxDiamonds may assist in mediation but is not obligated to settle disputes.

 Governing Law
