Returns Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All tags, certificates (GIA/IGI), and packaging must be included.
• Returns without original certification will be rejected or charged a replacement fee.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or engraved jewelry
• Items on special or promotional discounts
• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges allowed within 7 days for another product of equal or higher value.
• The original item must meet return eligibility conditions.
• Price difference must be paid in full at the time of exchange.
