Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All tags, certificates (GIA/IGI), and packaging must be included.
- Returns without original certification will be rejected or charged a replacement fee.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or engraved jewelry
- Items on special or promotional discounts
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges allowed within 7 days for another product of equal or higher value.
- The original item must meet return eligibility conditions.
- Price difference must be paid in full at the time of exchange.

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges and handling fees (if any) are non-refundable.
